Nikolas Hotel, Karterados (Santorini)

The hotel was exactly what I needed it to be, with clean and sufficiently big rooms, although separate from the main hotel area and not as advertised in the pictures. The service was extremely friendly and ready to help with any inquiries, offering a variety of convenient additional services. The location, just a brief walk from Fira and near a bus stop, was perfect, although consider the walk back after dark. The dining experience was average, with ready-to-pick-up breakfast trays, even with some disorganization during peak times.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel just outside Fira, the heart of the island – the perfect place to spend your nights in Santorini. The rooms were comfortable with sunny balconies and terrific beds, though being outside the main reception area was a bit of a downside. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ready to assist with everything I needed, even until my late departure. The location was ideal, away from the chaos of Fira but still conveniently close to the bus station. Dining was a bit lacking in variety, but the authentic Italian pizza was a delightful treat.

The hotel provided lovely rooms, although some noise disturbances were noted. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, a short walk to town areas. The dining experience was basic but acceptable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor inconveniences.
